Starting on September 15th, I will be starting a Lifestyle Crackdown. There are many layers to this crackdown- the guidelines are outlined below.
Between Monday, September 15th and November 26th I will:
1) Only drink 4 times TOTAL!
2) Go to bed on weeknights at 11.
3) Got to one Weight Watchers meeting a week.
4) Go to the gym 5 times a week. (minus my doctor suggested recovery time post knee surgery on Oct 1st)
5) Track my spending.
6) Not order food in ONCE. NOT ONCE!!!!
7) Bring my lunch to work 4 days a week.
8) Track all of my eating through Weight Watchers.
9) Eat out only once a week.
10) Update AmeriCanadian on my progress every weekend.
hey mama! great job! if you need a workout partner, count me in! i am trying to get a bit more healthy myself and it's always nice to a have a buddy to push you a bit!
