Here it is! I found out on Monday morning that I was going to NYC from Wednesday to Friday which threw a wrench in my first week. That said, I am proud of myself as I was successful where possible. Next week should be great
1) Only drink 4 times TOTAL!
Had 2 beers and one cocktail on Thursday in NYC. 1 down, three to go. (1 reserved for this Thursday, 1 reserved for Dave and Richard's wedding)
2) Go to bed on weeknights at 11.
Was in NYC so this wasn't possible due to work commitments, but I did it on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and will do again tonight.
3) Got to one Weight Watchers meeting a week.
Check! Went yesterday with my friend Martina.
4) Go to the gym 5 times a week. (minus my doctor suggested recovery time post knee surgery on Oct 1st)
Went three times, unfortunately NYC interfered with this one.
5) Track my spending.
Check! Using mint.com makes things a lot easier.
6) Not order food in ONCE. NOT ONCE!!!!
Check!
7) Bring my lunch to work 4 days a week.
NYC messed this one up.8) Track all of my eating through Weight Watchers.
Check! It wasn't always pretty but I tracked every morsel!
9) Eat out only once a week.
NYC messed this one up.
10) Update AmeriCanadian on my progress every weekend.
